This is a great shower system. It looks incredible and functions great. The rain head is fantastic and so is the handheld. My plumber was very impressed with the build quality/weight of the shower valve.
The biggest problem I have with this is the level of sound coming from the shower valve and the top of the control knob. Now, Im just very picky when it comes to sound and, ideally, Id have a shower valve that ma virtually no noise from the turbulence of the water inside. I might just need to buy a water pressure vale for my house since Im sure its probably too high right now. Maybe when they finish the rest of the development itll settle down but, I dont want to wait several years for that to happen.
If you put pressure on the top of the control knob the whine will dampen and quiet down. Im exploring ways to dampen this without holding it by stuffing pieces of sponge in there. Seems to work, I just need to size it down so it cant be seen.
The next issue I have is that the knob that switches the flow from rain head to handheld is a little out of square. IDK if the installer screwed it up but when I have it on the handheld setting it just a few degrees out of level/square.
Finally, there was an install issue. I suggest leaving the handheld mount/wall connection together and screw it on as one unit. Dont follow the instructions and remove the nipple from the mount to screw it in and then reattach the mount. Just screw it on as one unit, trust me.
This shower is aming! I read the reviews told my plummer about removing the hot water regulator and LOVE my shower! I can use only over head or just the wand or both together! I did have to add an extender due to my tile, plummer had one! One of the best products I have bought for my house. Absolutely love it!
Skeptical at first, how could a 200 shower set be any good compared to the brand namesThat said, the shower set is well made, look and feel like the much more expansive ones with well known names. I had a contractor have it installed three months ago, have been enjoying it so far. One thing potential buyers need to know is the included connection to the pipe behind the dry wall is short, you need an extension.
I purchased because of good review and someone said its easy to install. But my contractor is having a hard time to install. I regret buying this it ta so much time plastic inside case is not good for welding
I did a lot of research before purchasing this product. It is everything we hoped it would be! I was a little worried about water pressure from some of the reviews I read, but that has not been a problem at all. My wife and I love our new shower head. Installed about 6 months ago.
