We love this shower head. The large size, a full 12, ma showering a dream!. Easy to install too! The hand wand has plenty of power. This is a beautiful shower head with great pressure and coverage. When you turn the water off, the water pretty much immediately stops. We highly recommend this after looking at hundreds of other choices!
Im having a bathrobe remodel done. The lack Of flat matte options at my local hardware stores (3) had 1 Only option. It was cheap and lame. I shopped online options and they were limited and expensive. Im flipping this house dont want to spend a lot. I looked on and found what I wanted. It showed up just in time for the plumber to install. The only snag was the city water line. Once done Im gonna have a gorgeous, modern shower for a great price!!
Water temperature is too low due to mixing valve anti scald feature. You cannot take a hot shower with this unit. You can only take a luke warm shower. Made full adjustment to the temp dial. Even maxed out the hot water heater. My sink will burn you now but my shower is still only luke warm. I would avoid this unit if you like hot showers

Overall this is a nice looking shower head, it completes the look on our newly renovated shower. My handyman had to figure things out along the way with distance for connections in order to set pipes behind wall. I would recommend buying a second set for the valve for if anything were to go wrong, it would be an easy swap; has plastic parts in valves FYI.
Low quality metal quality only used 2 months but shower head got rusted.
I am some one who doesnt write reviews but this time I am very disappointed to see it is rusting Chrome should not rust.

Seller told me it has 5year warranty so we will see how long this new one will go.
