We are very impressed with this product. We are remodeling 3 bathrooms completely and have purchased this shower system for all 3 bathrooms. There are three main things I want to point out:
First off, it is absolutely gorgeous. We purchased the brushed nickel 12 wall mount rainfall system. My contractor said it is very easy to install and wow does it look great in our bathrooms. It was packaged beautifully and very professionally. No defects and such a great finish.
Second, it works great. I was a bit nervous as this is our first time buying rainfall shower heads. The pressure is great and the shower is very enjoyable. Switching between the shower head and hand hose is seamless without losing pressure. NOTE: one of the systems we purchased is in a bathtub which also has a water spout. This also works great!
Third, the customer service is great. I purchased all 12 systems. However, the 12 shower head was too big for our small kids bathtub/shower so I reached out to the company to see if I could buy the 10 shower head only. I emailed them and they immediately responded. They said there was no issue and would send me a 10 shower head (all I had to do was send my confirmation order from ). I then received an email saying my 10 shower head would arrive in 2 days and it did! I was so appreciative of their aming and speedy customer support.
Be sure to have exact measurements for the hand held shower portion as there is no room for error. If you miscalculate you will have troubles getting it to sit flush against the tile.
Now on to the mixer. When hooked up properly there was barely any pressure there for barely dripping any hot water but the cold water had very high pressure. I ensured that my water pressure from the house was not the problem. I contacted the company and they stated this was an anti scalding feature. it would be hard to shower with barely any hot water being mixed in with the cold. I ended up reversing the hot and cold water intake. Meaning that I put the hot water intake to the cold water mixer side and the cold water into the hot water mixer side. Now Im getting a great mix of hot and cold therefore being able to use this with the appropriate temperature water for showering. It should be noted that I am getting a good balance of hot and cold but now when I turn on only cold I am only getting a small amount of water very low pressure.
