Water temperature is too low due to mixing valve anti scald feature. You cannot take a hot shower with this unit. You can only take a luke warm shower. Made full adjustment to the temp dial. Even maxed out the hot water heater. My sink will burn you now but my shower is still only luke warm. I would avoid this unit if you like hot showers
