The only negative I can think of is that a coupling that the plumber needed wasnt included. BUT, thats minor. The unit is very attractive, and you cant beat the price. I am completely satisfied!

I love the way the water feels when it touches my skin! Easy installation for the Plumber, High Quality in every piece. Hand Held shower works awesome. Each piece feels heavy (like something expensive) in your hand. Just like you got what you paid for!
Its being 8 months and so far it being really good, for the price i think its really awesome. Im a handy man with diferent certification and i have work with diferent mixers and this one its a really good and cheap, i definitely recommend people to use this product, i will change my review if anything changes with time.
A very beautiful and sturdy made shower. But Something is wrong with the workmanship. My water keeps dripping even when the shower is off. (I borrowed this sentence from another reviewer, because it fist exact my review).
I used a professional installer who did the whole shower. And he installed this shower system for me. So, after I shut off water, at first it doesnt drip, then about a while later, it drips from ceiling head. It drips some water, then stopped. Sometimes the drip repeated a while later, and stopped. So I used a bucket to collect the dripping water. Total water dripped was about 2 cups of water. I emptied the bucket, and left there for the whole day, it did not drip further. So, drip some, dip more, or sometimes no dripSo I turned water diverter to the hand/held. It helps some.
SO, too late do to anything now. the tiles are brand new. So I have to live with this dripping forever? I guess so
Too bad, I love the look, the build, the design, everything is super nice. If it doesnt drip, Ill give 5/6 stars, but it drips, so I can only give 4/star

too bad we bought this and now we are selling the house. I would remove it from the shower stall and take it with me. Love this rain shower!!
