Just received the showerhead today. So far, the packaging is very nice and the material that the parts are made of seem quite good. The item came one day earlier than expected so that is a bonus. Will add photos and updated review once we install it.
Was a bit challenging to install since we dont have any plumbing experience but once we figured it All out it works aming! Looks high end. The hand held and rain shower will work together but it splits the water so the pressure is less on both. Love it. There was a scratch on one of the handles and I emailed the company, they sent me another part straight away.
I cant believe I decided to buy this shower kit. This valve is leaking badly and the walls and tile has already been installed. Its going to cost me hundreds of dollars to get this removed, replaced, and the wall reassembled. The worst purchase Ive ever made on . Save yourself the headache and money and just purchase a name brand shower valve. I didnt test it until today and my return window expired a month ago. Ridiculous.
