Product seems pretty neat. Was easy to assemble. But is completely missing the entire desk workstation. I will adjust to this review once the workstation is installed.
The outside of the frame one half is built upside down and can not put a wheel on because the hole is on the wrong end.had to drill a hole to connect the 2 pieces
Shipping was horrible, they took my money then they decided to send it back and then they took it again not sure as to why! It took a month to arrive it was easy to assemble but found I really needed to anchor it to the wall fairly shaky only been using it a few days and Im already looking for something better! Save your money and buy something better quality
This bed took a highly skilled carpenter 2 hours to assemble with an electric drill.
It is mildly squeaky and it does sway a bit if youre climbing in or turning over.
The ladder is painful to step on because its just metal bars. Its challenging to get from the metal bars into the bed over the railing.
I think its a great bed if youre in a pinch and need something affordable that youre only going to use for a few years.
Also, the carpenter who set up the bed told me I will need to retighten the screws periodically.
The extra space it saves me is worth its quirks.
I bought it and knew id hate it and curse it every night, but I rented a walk in closet and needed all the space I could get, I ended up putting pegs in the wrong holes and it got stuck to the point of not looseting up so I only have one ladder and use the back beam to get up and down. I know for a fact it will break one night and I will most likely sleeping when it does, but until then one hail mary and a step stool will get you to sleep.
After the bed was put together it looked like it was very solid and nothing would harm it. WRONGO! If your kid is 150lbs, I would not recommend. The thin bars that support the mattress and your child will bend. and keep bending. I had to go out and get some MDF board to reinforce this but I dont know how long thats even going to last. We need better construction material to support our kids. It doesnt matter if the outside is built like a fortress, if what is supposed to support your kid is paper thin and can be bent by hands (3/4 rods. Weight limit says 250 lb. NOPE

The quality of screws are not good
The screws should have a good quality.once you tight the screw the corners messed up.you can not open or tight again
