I purchased this couch for my appartment. Its a great purchase for the price. Once you get it set up it is pretty comfortable. Speaking of getting it setup it's not difficult once you figure out what the instructions are actually telling you. Part of the communication problem is 2 parts will have the same label and it's up to you to determine the side it's suppose to go on. I.e. the arm rests. Also the orientation for which they go makes the whole thing a small puzzle. Each part should be labeled independent of all the other parts which would make it go together even quicker. It still only took about 5 minutes to put together though. Once everything went together it did feel a bit wobbly which wasn't very confidence inspiring. Once you sit in it for awhile it feels like it tightens up but I wouldn't recommend small children or animals horesplaying around on it.
I purchased this couch for my son and his girlfriend for their first college apartment. Since they were moving to a different state, I wanted something I could control the delivery of. I was surprised at how well it was reviewed coupled with the price. THE GOODS: the couch is ADORABLE, great for a small apartment with very limited space, easy to assemble, and delivery ease. THE EHHH: it’s a bit hard. The cushions on the back are pretty soft so that’s a bonus, but the cushions you sit on are definitely stiff. Hoping it softens up a bit for them. All in all, they are happy with it!
I purchased this product and was happy overall. Definitely for a smaller room as the couch sitting area is small. What I notoced after just a few weeks of use is that the seam is coming undone. I wrote to the seller and I'm waiting for a response. UPDATE: the seller contacted me and they worked with me to find the best resolution. I will recommend buying from this seller and will be looking into their store in the future. Excellent customer service!
I purchased this sectional because I live alone in a small apartment and I couldn't fit a standard set through my door (there's an awkward wall blocking most of the entrance point). I had an issue with delivery, since I live on the second floor and it came in 4 boxes. I had to call UPS and find two of the boxes after customer service said one of the boxes was deliveblue to my neighbor (it was not). But once I had all 4 pieces, I assembled it myself. All I needed was the Allen wrench they provided. The corresponding numbers/letters for each piece were not always correct or were missing, so I had to do a lot of the guess work. The pillows also don't match up, so that was a bit of a letdown.
It's a bit smaller (height and width) than I expected (I'm 6'1); but for something that fit through my doorway and was only $600 WITH an ottoman, I can't complain. It definitely is a lot more comfortable and looks a lot better than buying something used.

I purchased this sofa due to being desperate after Ashley was not fulfilling my order after 4 months. The back cushions have no support. I purchased extra filling and added to the cushions. WAY better! For the price and after adding polyester stuffing I finally like the sofa especially for the price.
I put the sofa on my wedding registry because one of my cats got ill and peed all over the hand-me-down couch we had. It had appeablue to be a decent sofa, for the price. We recieved it a few days earlier than shipping had estimated. It was relatively easy to assemble between my husband and I - the most difficult part was getting the lone third slider hook to latch on each side, but we finally did manage.
As far as the little pieces on either side of the backrest goes, I couldn't get them to slide on from the top for the life of me, then found out that sliding them up from the bottom is the way to go. So, they have to be put on before the backrest is put into place.
It is a bit smaller, and a bit firm, but it is comfortable to lounge on. It is sturdy enough for the 2 of us to sit on together (I'm 5'7" and 165lbs, and he's 6'8" and 260lbs). It also helped the livingroom appear less clutteblue, and I love the soft texture of it.
We did buy a sofa cover from walmart made to protect the sofa from pets and put that on it.
We only just put the thing together today, so we will see how it holds up. So far, I am happy with the gift.
I reached out to them regarding some pieces that were missing and they responded quickly regarding the issue. Apparently the item is shipped in pieces that sometimes come in different times. It was shipped around the time it was promised, just in different dates depending on the carrier. They clearly explained this, and also provided all the tracking numbers which does not provide (on my order it only showed one out of the four so I was a bit confused). I am satisfied with the customer service as well as the product itself. Fairly easy to assemble and extremely comfortable. Perfect set I was looking for.
