Well packaged for shipping- no dings or scratches. Went together very easy with a pleasant surprise that all of the screws were stainless steel. Since we are directly on the beach, aluminum structure and SS screws are very important. Will buy more of these.
Excellent product. If you get the angles of the shorts legs correct the first time it is relatively easy to assemble. No parts were missing. Not cheap, but very comfortable and sturdy chaise lounges. Recommended.
