The product came when expected and was easy to assemble. The seat cushions are a part of the couch, which was unexpected, and one of the cushions was damaged before it arrived. The couch is comfy, but when sitting on the damaged cushion, the memory foam doesnt recover to initial position, which has affected subsequent times Ive sat on the couch. I dont think its a general product issue and will probably get a replacement.

Assembly:
This product takes 1/2 people to assemble. I assembled it by myself, but I would definitely recommend asking for help if youre moving it upstairs. Everything fits in a surprisingly small box and is very well packaged. No tools are required to put everything together, it just all clicks into place.

The is quite comfortable, but definitely not something you should nap/sleep on. My biggest issue with the is that the back cushions are thick enough and if you have the seat up against a wall, your head will most likely be resting on the wall. The small sofa legs also have felt attached to it, which is a huge bonus.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this if youre looking for something small and affordable!

Super easy to assemble, comfortable, sturdy. I needed something that would maneuver the sharp, difficult turns in my apartment, and this was perfect. (My old sofa was not going to make it.) So far, I love it. The price is a plus also. I own other products, so I knew it would not be garbage. The only con would be that the back is a little low, but that doesnt bother me.

This was perfect. Very comfortable and incredibly stylish. Took maybe 15 minutes to put together by myself. Would definitely buy again!
Aming it all fits in one albeit very large box. Easy to assemble, looks very nice but if you are looking for comfortable, it is not. Seats are not very wide. Very sturdy.
The men who dropped it off were very nice and helped me get it up to my apartment door, which leads to a big staircase. I kept reading on the reviews here that the box was not that heavy. Be warned: if you will be going up any type of stairs by yourself, do not attempt to lift this. It is very heavy. I wound up having to cut the box open, bring the headboard up, take out the cushions and parts inside the couch in order to get the bottom of the couch upstairs by myself. It took longer to get it up the stairs than it did to assemble. Also be aware: if youre physically and mentally exhausted from bringing it upstairs, give it some time before you start assembling because even simple instructions will seem confusing. I wound up putting an arm on the wrong side of the couch and it took forever to get the brackets to release. Rest of it was a piece of cake and I immediately collapsed into the medium/firm couch. I recommend putting throw pillows on it and youll fall right asleep after all of that.

Its is exactly what you want, but pillows require extra stuffing.
