I love this bed!
It came within a couple of days in one long box. Everything was pretty compact, so there was limited waste in packaging, and the parts were all clearly labeled.
It took two of us a total of about two hours to assemble the whole thing. Thanks to clear instructions, well-packaged hardware, and good labeling all around, it was a surprisingly simple project.
There were a few dinged pieces, but nothing I cant easily cover with a tad of white paint. And considering the cost, doesnt give rise to lowering the rating to four stars.
All in all, its a great value, a sturdy bunk bed, and it looks great! I highly recommend.
Customer support from this company was exceptional. When purchasing this item I saw a lot of complaints about assembly time. I dont know what people expected when assembling two beds. Full set up time took about 2 hours for us. There are also complaints about it being a two person job. Again, its a full sized bed so I dont know what people expect. Furthermore, it can be done with one person. Its just extremely easier with two people. Great frame. Feels sturdy. Beautiful color.
The customer service is amazing and they have great products I recommend their products 1000% really check them out !!!! Built it with 2 people in around 3 hours. Made a few mistakes that were easy to correct. The hardest part are the barrel locking nuts are difficult to line up.
Feels sturdy but light. The trendy new foam matress in a box (purple ghost etc.) will work on bottom bunk but not on top due to slat design and spacing.
Our bed is for a 5 year old but an older kid may struggle with the short height of the top bunk limiting head space on bottom bunk.
We would buy again.
It looks great, came separate days but was worth the wait! This bed is great! Assembled easily and looks expensive. The only complaint I have is that one if the boards is slightly cracked at the head of the full size bottom.

Suggestion for assembly: do not attempt to put together with the dinky Allen key they give you. You will spend hours on end putting this together and your hand will be killing you by the end. I used an impact drill with an Allen bit and zipped this thing together in a little over an hour. All on all a great solid bed! Also another suggestion, use only a 6 inch mattress on top because the guardrail is not that high

Simple, unique and elegant the price for this bed was well worth it. It had a crack that I noticed only after we set it up, but once I called customer service they sent out a new piece ASAP. And luckily the beds can be put together as separate beds with no problem until the new piece arrived. I took off 1 star just because of the crack but once that was resolved bed was perfect
Excellent value for money I like it but the button part its to close to the top side, every time I wake up I almost hit my head to the top part, so frustrating

Easy to build. Must use a coil spring on top bunk.
