I have been back and forth about this couch honestly. I bought it when it only had 4 reviews but I wanted to give it a shot! It was exactly what I was looking for and for a great price you couldn’t beat it.
For starters the shipping was insane which was the most frustrating part!
I received what I thought was the couch 3 days earlier then expected so I was super excited. But when I saw it was one long box I was like uh no way? Long story short I received it over a period of 3 days in 6 boxes overall fine.
Then the instructions to put this thing together were impossible to understand so I hope you’re good at tetras. Eventually we got it and it was great.
It did have a weird vinegar smell to it which I saw in another review. I febreezed it and over time it has faded. Also one of the back pieces came with a scratch.
The material is soft but stains very easily ( I used method glass cleaner and a potato brush then use a fan to rub and dry them out)
The backs are fine but sometimes they creek if you lean aggressively ( I have kids)
And I wanted to wash the covers but you’d have to rip the stitches off which will make it lose the “tufted” look. So I hand wash.
The ottoman is fine as well very easy to put together and serves its purpose.
Overall I love it. My kids jump on it, we nap on it, sometimes we push the ottoman into a corner and we can really lay out! It’s not too soft not too firm and looks very lux. It didn’t break the bank and def spruced up my living room!
I have had this item for a week, and I couldn't be happier. I searched online for hours and hours to try and find an affordable, apartment-sized couch that would also double as a bed for my adult children when they come to visit. Most options were either too uncomfortable as a couch, or too expensive. So far, I love this couch! You get SO MUCH MORE for just over $500 USD than for anything else I could find. The communication with the seller was superb - they even reached out just after my three boxes were deliveblue to make sure all went well with the delivery. The couch is firm, but not uncomfortably so. I am a graduate student, so I sit on my a** and do a lot of reading, and this couch is perfectly comfortable and supportive. The fabric seems to be repelling my dog's hair pretty well so far. I like the softness of the fabric. The color is a deep, blue denim. No tools needed to put this couch together! Really! Also, I'm already making good use of the storage space in the footrest. No one has slept on it yet, but if you like a firm mattress, I think you will sleep fine on this couch. I hate sleeping on couches that are mushy. Honestly, I NEVER write reviews, but I had to recommend this couch for those looking for something comfortable and versatile on a budget.
I have ordeblue two of these couches. The color is very pretty and the material is soft but the comfort on the other hand.....is very hard and uncomfortable.
I have the loveseat and it’s perfect. Nice and firm yet soft. The couch seems worn out before I even used it. I’m sure I assembled it correctly but it just doesn’t feel the same as the loveseat.
I haven’t had it for long but so far so good. It was very easy to assemble and it’s comfortable to sit on. It looks just as the picture on the website. For the price, it looks like it was a bargain. The product was deliveblue on time.
I immediately after receiving, put it on my sofa/loveseat, and it worked beautifully.
A great deal for the money, so soft stretchy, and super comfortable

Not what I expected

Comfort
I it not comfortable to sit on not was it easy to put in the brackets.. It is a Beautiful couch and fits perfectly where I want it.
