The Ergonomics chart was the easiest chair I have ever assembled. The instructions were amazingly clear and came with a handheld Hex Wrench that was amazing. FIVE STARS for that additional device. I put the chair together in less than 10 minutes.
This is a big chair! The base of the chair is very wide, and the wheels or casters are made of soft plastic and glide beautifully over my bamboo mats. The seat is made of a soft mesh and feels nice to the touch. Also, when you sit down, it is firm (not soft). I prefer a softer seat, but that is what I am used to. So be prepared, if you like a firm seat this chair is GREAT for that.
The back mesh is nice, and there is a rear adjustable back support that you can adjust easily for the ultimate in lumbar care. Everything is very adjustable, and this is a GREAT working chair for a larger person. Yes, its also good for medium sized people too, but it adjusts to sits pretty high and doesn't lower too far to the ground. If you have short legs, this chair may NOT be for you.
The armrests go up and down but do not swing out, which I have on another office chair, and I like that you can move the arms out of the way. However, they are held in by three screws, so you can take them off. The headrest is fully adjustable, and when you sit down and sit back, you can adjust the back to go way back. I imagine you could probably SLEEP in this chair with that headrest — a nice feature for sure.
At the time of my review, this chair was ($219.00). This chair feels like it will last for a long time, is built well, and you will love how much it adjusts, and how easy it is to assemble. I would caution only about how high the chair lifts if you have shorter legs, and the firmness of the seat, if you like a softer cushier seat, this won't be for you. Overall good value and a well built office chair.
Received the item in good condition, with everything packed well. The chair was fairly easy to assemble and took about 20 minutes. All of the materials appear premium – even the wheel base assembly is solid metal! I am really impressed with the easy glide wheels. It offers adjustable back and head support that I need when using my computer most of the day. Another plus is the adjustable arm rests. The only negative is the length of the seat cushion, for me its a little short, but something to easily get used to. Overall I recommend this chair!
A bit stiff compared to the lazy boy type I was used to, but it works well.Good chair, easy and quick to assemble.The roller blade wheels are very silent and roll extremely well.
It just arrived yesterday and I put it together today. The box came with some tears, and when I finished putting it together I realized that the backrest mesh came with a break. I don't know who to contact to have it replaced.
The wheels work perfect. I'll update my review later once I use it regularly.

- head rest too low. it does not get higher than between the shoulders even when fully extended to its highest position. I admit however being tall myself (6ft 3in)
- back rest's straightest position is not straight enough, too laid back. I like sitting down straight while still being supported by the back rest, not laying back too much. chair does not give me that.

This is a big, heavy chair. It does need assembly. There are a LOT of pieces. It is comfortable.
