It’s not that hard to assemble . It a bunch of pieces abs took a free hours but I’ve had worse experiences. My only issue is that it has gotten very unstable after only about 2 months. My son is only 50lbs so I know it’s not that he’s worn it out so quickly. It’s kind of upsetting because I feel like I’ll be buying a new bed by next year when we just got this one
