Very frustrating when you order something only to have missing parts. The package I received had eight extra dowels and no hilo screws which is what holds the bottom on. Called customer service and they are closed until Monday and will not receive hilo screws until Tuesday at the earliest. This could have been avoided if all of the parts needed for assembly were individualized instead of being placed in one bag all together.
The item appears to be good quality and went together easily which is the only reason I am giving 3 stars instead of 1. Its all about quality control.
