I ordered this bed in December and didnt put it together til February because I was still fixing up the place. The original order was shipped with a full instead of the queen I ordered. My return time expired, I reached out to customer service and they were very helpful and let me send the original back. They were very quick to handle the dilemma and for that A1 experience I would definitely recommend .
The second time I got the order the manual did say full but the bed did look bigger. So if you experience this dont worry.
Love my bed its exactly what I wanted and its sturdy!
