Lots of parts, but very easy to assemble and quite sturdy as well. Love the different levels and different ways for my cat to interact with it. I did change out the hanging ball with another toy that my cat likes better. Mats and bedding/pillows are removable so you can clean them. Perfect size and love the modern style. Great product, my cat seems to agree as well!
