Bedframe did come earlier than scheduled shipping date, so not sure why that is an option when purchasing. Tracking number provided with the order was incorrect and had to call customer service to get the correct tracking number, only to find out its coming in two separate packages from two different companies. One companies tracking number never worked.
The frame is a an inch short for length and width all around for a full mattress. Our mattress is hanging over the edges, but no other concerns as of yet. We just spent our first night in it and happy to not be on the ground anymore. Manufacturer should consider making pieces larger to fit the mattress size.
We paid someone to put it together for us and it took him 2 hours to do so. He said it was difficult to follow the pictures since there were no word instructions.
