It is hard and not super comfy. But it fits in my rental house. I'm separated from my spouse, want cheap temp furniture until things are settled. My other furniture smells cause my dog has marked it 1000 times. The hard cushions work because my tween wants to sleep on the sofa which would make it stink too.... so she is happy to keep sleeping on my old, stinky, love seat and I was able to move that to another corner of my Hansel and Grettle house. It was cheap, cute, good for small spaces, and yes suits my needs for the next two years. I even managed a nap on it, so it's hard but not unbearable. This is a pandemic purchase for a pandemic life.
