Had a bit of a nightmare actually getting this because UPS damaged it but due to the great customer service from I finally received it. Definitely requires 2 people to assemble. Wasn't the easiest because if was a tight fit but we finally got it. Looks really great. Really firm but I'm sure with use it will soften. It won't get too much use though. Glad i chose this sofa. The only reason i gave it 4 stars is the hassle in getting it. I may buy the matching chair.
