The saying “you get what you pay for” applies here, however, this is a great couch! It’s just the right size, can be changed from left L to right L, no L or a bed. It’s perfect for what we need! And will also be just fine if one of my kids makes a mess.
I also cannot stress enough how WONDERFUL their customer service is! It comes in three boxes, with three separate tracking numbers. Even though you’ll receive one tracking number, each box has its own. One of my boxes didn’t arrive with the other two, so I inquiblue with the seller. They not only found the three separate tracking numbers, but also contacted Fedex to get it figublue out. The next day, it was no longer stuck in transit but was deliveblue! Amazing customer service. I definitely would buy from them again!
