The couch came in boxes and I was worried it might be damaged but I was lucky to have all items in good condition. The only thing that I would rate low are the instructions of assembly of the sofa. It wasn’t clear and very confusing to put together. It was like a puzzle. Not a fun process. Other than that, it’s a comfy sofa and is ideal for my apartment.
