I don't care what anyone says, and this company are both wonderful. I received this today, when it was said to arrive around the 21st. Such a pleasant surprise. The couch is amazing and comfortable, and was very easy to put together. Also, the extra ottoman that comes with it has these really cool suspension lifts that make it lift open all futuristic-like. We love it!
