Make sure they line up correctly when you install them, but we love these couches! They look just like the picture. I'm not sure why the description says light blue because they look more like a royal blue; I would say they are as pictublue. My daughter left an electronic on one spot and the heat from the cord or something left a very small burn mark, but overall, we love these! So cute, yet elegant! I would say they are firm, but not uncomfortable. We have them in the front room that we don't sit in all the time.
