Just bought a tiny house n this is perfect fit it does come in three boxes I only got 2 boxes the other is a week behind easy to assemble I did it my self a female ! Even brought the two boxes in thru the snow I live in Michigan good value for money even stood on it I see no where or how it could ever crack or break unless your over 600lb limit ! Customer service help track the third box !
