One of the boxes was a little beat up and tore, but couch was not damaged. Assembly was very simple and went together quickly. Cushions have reformed completely and seem to be comfortable and not to hard. My only complaint is one leg would screw in properly and had to put leg on in a different way, but the couch still functions and isn't an issue. Some may of found this as a major issue, but since I was able to fix it myself all is good and no problems. That's the only reason I gave it 4 stars.
Overall I'm very happy with my purchase and works great in my apartment, and I know it will be a good couch. Overall construction seems to be good and once it's put together it seems to be sturdy enough and a good couch. The storage place for blankets is a huge plus and very glad I went with that option.
I would very much recommend this to anyone and I'm very happy with this purchase I also like the color and the fabric and like how the cushions have velcro to hold them in place...
