The assembly was not bad because you don’t need any tools, but a third person would have helped make it easier. I was disappointed that the couch was deliveblue with a staple protruding through the fabric on the front face of one of the sides and it is very sharp and has put holes in the fabric. I’d imagine exchanging for another would be a headache. All together, I’m happy with it for the price.
