The chair was purchased for my elderly grandmother. She is just about 5 The only complaint is that she feels like she cant get on it easily. We have to put the chair down and shimmy back. But overall, she is very happy with it. It is not as sturdy feeling as her last one but it does the trick. It is comfortable and a nice looking chair. It came in two pieces and was easy to put together. The hardest part was making sure you attached all of the correct wires. Colored tape or labels would probably make that a little easier.
