I bought this one to replace one I could not get a part to repair it. For over a year my son tried to make contact with the manufacturer to replace the power supply. They never got back to us. Very poor customer service. If we get the same customer service, if needed, it will be the last purchase we make. If I didnt need this chair, Im 76, we would have passed.
