Uses a lot of water. There is no water/saver feature
The quality of the material is very impressive, the hose is flexible and of high quality. The hand held head has a lot of pressure and the valve can be turned to use both the rain shower and the hand held heads. We had just replaced our water lines from the old galvanized pipe (circa 1973) to new pexline, so the water pressure is higher throughout the house than what we were used to. We are still trying to adjust to the new shower as well as the new shower heads. Our plumber installed this in the new shower rebuild and he was impressed about the quality; however, the arm seems to be slanted slightly so we may need to consider replacing with the smaller size. Overall, I recommend this product.
