First I ordered the chrome finish but decided I needed bronze instead. No problem with that exchange. Then I realized I needed a 3 way transfer valve so that the shower head and the hand held wand could be used separately or at the same time. No problem. is sending a replacement valve at no charge. I am so impressed with the quality of service and the products.
