Like others I was stressed about installing a cool looking shower that would malfunction after being tiled in. The installer mentioned he had installed one 6 months prior had not heard any complaints. Mine arrived very well packaged. The 12 head fits best in our stall without looking oversized. It works perfectly and looks great. Came well packaged.
