After less than 2 years my shower head peeling and is now rusting.
I contacted customer service and did not receive a response after several days.
I like the design, but this is unacceptable after only 2 years and no customer service to warranty the product, which according to my warranty card, is 5 years.

I received a new shower head from customer service. Rito was very nice and helpful!
