The instructions that came in the box was terrible. I just viewed the easy steps video on . It was pretty easy to assemble. I am 52, 140 lbs. and 5 months pregnant working from home. The seat fits me comfortably but I wouldnt recommend for anyone much bigger. There is this weird smell of chemicals from the chair, but its not over powering. I wiped it down with fabulouso. Overall itll do. I do think it is over priced though.
