We ordered this on December 21st and it arrived the next day. Out of the box it arrived with 2 left side panels and no right side panel. I sent customer service an email and they sent the right panel without any hassle at tall. But the assembly instructions arent very clear. The holes for attaching the drawer guide to the side panels were somewhat confusing. Unfortunately, while tightening one of the screws to attach the bottom shelf to the side panel we cracked one of the wood pieces that runs along the bottom of the bottom shelf. We really wanted to get the assembly done and didnt want to wait for another replacement to be delivered so we made sure the sturdiness wasnt impacted and just made sure to put that cracked runner in the back against the wall where it would be out of sight. The rest of the assembly went without incident. The table is a nice addition to our family room. The customer service was top notch. If the wood hadnt cracked we would have given it a much higher rating.
