This couch is cute and classy, and a perfect greige color. Assembly was quick and easy, and I didnt even need to use the directions//15 to 20 min at the most to complete it. This is a low profile, light weight sofa. As others mentioned, the seats are quite firm, but not uncomfortably. I love it so far!
